Service years are a way to bridge gaps and unite individuals across differences to build cultural competency and civic engagement. To empower service year participants, Service Year Alliance and the Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) have partnered to provide access to Perspectives, an evidence-based e-learning program that fosters understanding and communication skills for stronger community cooperation.

Perspectives equips people with the mindset and skills for constructive dialogue. The program fosters understanding, strengthens communication within diverse communities, and builds skills for conflict resolution so that public service leaders and employees can find solutions to the problems that impact us all.
