Perspectives for Jewish Organizations—our evidence-based blended learning program—equips people with the mindset and skills for constructive dialogue. Proven effective in randomized controlled trials, Perspectives can be used to foster understanding, strengthen communication within diverse communities, and build skills for conflict resolution so that leaders and organizations can navigate differences and work toward shared goals.
