Perspectives for Jewish Organizations
Our resources equip Jewish organizational leaders and professionals with the skills to engage in meaningful dialogue and navigate differences through the lens of Jewish wisdom and tradition.

Strengthening Jewish Communities Through Dialogue
Differences in beliefs and perspectives are shaping Jewish communal life, sometimes leading to tension and division. Leaders and organizations need new ways to foster open conversations, strengthen relationships, and build a culture of trust and inclusion.
This work isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our research-backed tools and expert support can help you build bridges and foster meaningful dialogue across differences.

Blended Learning
Perspectives for Jewish Organizations—our evidence-based blended learning program—equips people with the mindset and skills for constructive dialogue. Proven effective in randomized controlled trials, Perspectives can be used to foster understanding, strengthen communication within diverse communities, and build skills for conflict resolution so that leaders and organizations can navigate differences and work toward shared goals.

Live Workshops
In addition to the Perspectives program, CDI offers live workshops to help your organization kick off and wrap up your learning experience. These facilitator-led sessions—delivered virtually or in person—help set the stage for meaningful engagement and reinforce key takeaways at the program’s conclusion.
