The CDI Leadership Institute is an invitation-only program that brings together senior administrators from 10 highly selective institutions to strengthen civil discourse, free expression, and belonging on their campuses. Through a dynamic in-person summit and a follow-on virtual community, the Institute prepares campus leaders to navigate our polarized environment and establish their campus as a national model of open inquiry and intellectual engagement.
